Requirements

• Must be pursuing a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Equivalent
• Proficient in learning new software e.g QS-Stat, SharePoint etc.
• Strong communication skills (written, presentation)
• Strong computer skills in MS Office packages (particularly MS Excel)
• External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Support quality apps on shopfloor - Training operators and software troubleshooting. Supporting Fort Mill and Cheraw plants.
• Quality Inspection planning
• APQP / PPAP documentation in SAP
• Support for the PDCA application usage and activities in the plant
• Machine and Process Capability Study and reports
• Support for the New Product safe launch process
• Warranty parts return back analysis
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs.
