About The Position

Work Hours : M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm; may include occasional off shift hours Essential Duties and Responsibilities Duties may include; but are not limited to: Assisting in Set Up and Implementation of new ERP software Support the process for compiling Annual Budgets by assisting in calculations and updating files Perform Ad Hoc Financial Analysis Building Excel spreadsheets Documenting Finance practices and Process Changes with ERP Implementation Administrative duties including check writing Other duties as assigned Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities Qualifications/Skills Responds promptly to customer needs; Meets commitments. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions. Writes clearly and informatively. Other Attributes/Skills: Should have knowledge of Finance; comfortable with use of Excel Education and/or Experience High School diploma required. Enrollment or completion of college courses in Finance or Accounting fields preferred. Entry level will be considered based on experience or extra-curricular activities related to IT.
