About The Position

About the Role: This application is for a 6-month student role from Jun-Dec. Resume review begins in January 2026 As a Co-op in the Supply Chain team, you will assist with initiatives to synchronize material management across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in the “BOM Harmony” project, which aims to harmonize bills of materials across systems such as EBS, PLM, BPRs, and ASCP. This position offers hands-on experience in cross-platform supply chain management, data harmonization, and process improvement within a leading pharmaceutical organization.

Requirements

• Currently a sophomore or higher in a four-year degree program
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• At least 18 years of age prior to the scheduled start date.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited community college, college, university or skills program/apprenticeship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in supply chain management and cross-platform data harmonization
• Effective communicator and team collaborator
• Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy

Nice To Haves

• Preferred majors: Science or Engineering (open to other fields)

Responsibilities

• Support the “BOM Harmony” project to harmonize bills of materials across platforms (EBS, PLM, BPRs, ASCP, etc.)
• Assist with syncing material management processes and data across systems
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in material data
• Contribute to process improvements for efficient material management and data integrity
• Participate in meetings and present findings or recommendations as needed
