About The Position

You will support mission critical cyber operations delivering tactical results for national security partners. This role strengthens Intelliforce core competencies across offensive cyber development, reverse engineering, and mission focused software integration. Your work directly supports analysts and operators executing real world missions. Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include Design, develop, prototype, and integrate CNO software solutions Reverse engineer network based devices in Unix and Linux environments Augment and extend existing mission toolsets Derive, document, and analyze mission and system requirements Build prototypes to validate mission understanding Produce deployable tools aligned with operational constraints Test toolsets and oversee release readiness Support fielded software systems during mission operations Collaborate closely with analysts, operators, data scientists, and engineers

Requirements

  • Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active). We do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.
  • Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen. We cannot sponsor visas.
  • 12 years of Software Engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years of experience with a Master’s degree
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
  • 4 years of additional Software Engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
  • Experience supporting or developing production CNO capabilities
  • Unix and Linux based systems
  • Reverse engineering Linux based network devices
  • Network protocols including TCP IP
  • Network traffic analysis using tools such as Wireshark
  • Software development in C, C++, Python, and Assembly
  • Support of fielded software systems
  • Git and Subversion version control
  • Atlassian tools including Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with operational CNO environments

Nice To Haves

  • Reverse engineering Windows or embedded platforms including RTOS
  • Experience with Java, JavaScript, Bash, PowerShell, Perl, C#, or Rust
  • Development of CNO software across Linux, Windows, or embedded systems
  • Vulnerability research and exploit development
  • Knowledge of end to end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
