About The Position

Bearon Manufacturing, a proud affiliate of The Dixon Group, is looking for a skilled CNC Swiss Machinist to join our growing team in Landisville, PA! In this role, you'll operate Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Swiss bar machines to produce high-quality precision metal components that meet exacting specifications. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related coursework preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of CNC Lathe or Swiss-turn experience required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Proficiency with hand tools, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for an 8-hour shift.
Organized and capable of running multiple machines or lights-out production.

Nice To Haves

Mastercam programming experience a plus.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor Computer Numerical Controlled (CNC) Swiss bar machines to meet production goals and quality standards.
Inspect parts to ensure accuracy to customer and drawing specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and follow all safety procedures.
Accurately document production runs, part counts, and quality data.
Collaborate with teammates to identify and implement process improvements.
