Technical Sales Support Provide front-line sales support for all stocked models, including answering technical inquiries, offering product consultation, and managing customer-specific configuration requests. Maintain accurate and up-to-date 2D drawings that reflect DNSA-specific configurations. Product Configuration & Quoting Own DNVP line item machine quotations — generating and maintaining standard quotes. Establish and manage standard configurations and special quotations in coordination with HQ and DNS. Factory & HQ Liaison Act as the primary point of contact between the factory and DNSA for technical machine specifications, engineering requests, and customer support escalations. Ensure alignment between factory standards and DNSA-specific requirements. Sales Operations & SAP Administration Manage all SAP-related sales functions including updating machine and option pricing, maintaining the dealer portal, and approving stock and real orders. Support seamless operations across teams and lay the groundwork for CRM integration. DNVP Program Management Lead the selection, validation, and ongoing management of DNVP items for all standard-quoted products. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a technical resource across internal departments including Service, Parts, and Applications, as well as external dealers and vendors.
