Requirements

At least 2 years of CNC experience, preferably working with wood, plastic, or poly materials
Understands machine operation, setup, and basic troubleshooting
Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

Nice To Haves

CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC machines, including routers and mills, for production runs.
Load materials and verify proper machine setup before starting jobs.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CNC programs.
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain quality and efficiency.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet production and quality standards.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
Record production data and communicate any issues to supervisors.
Coordinate with production and assembly teams to meet daily output goals.
