Join us and make an impact each day you work at Masonite! Job Description Overview: Set up, program, operate and to tend computerized woodworking machine (CNC router). Start router machine, adjust controls, and make trial cuts to ensure that machinery is operating properly. Determine product specifications and materials, work methods, and machine setup requirements, according to blueprints and work orders. Feed doors into CNC machine to produce desired routing. Adjust CNC machine tables or cutting devices and set controls to produce specified cuts or operations. Monitor operation of CNC machine and make adjustments to correct problems and ensure conformance to specifications. Inspect and mark completed work pieces and stack them on pallets, so that they can be moved to the next workstation. Verifies quality of all completed products and monitors production. Masterpack data entry (scrap, reloads, production). Material Handler responsibilities: Staging product into CNC loader based on WIP schedule, Wrap, label and stage all completed product, Remove and dispose of all cutout debris from machinery. Requirements

  • Must be mechanically inclined and have good math and measurement skills.
  • Must read and write English.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must have good attendance and safety records.
  • Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities.
  • This position requires high attention to detail.
