We are currently expanding our plant with a new second production line and are hiring immediately. Load and unload machines and monitor machining processes. Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic CNC programming adjustments. Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools. Check first parts and make process corrections when needed. Maintain dimensional accuracy and part quality. Perform routine housekeeping and basic machine service work. Assist with training new operators as experience grows. What We're Looking For 2+ years of CNC machine operation experience. Experience with tooling, offsets, and tool changes. Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude. High school diploma, CNC apprenticeship, or equivalent experience. Familiarity with machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, or polishing. Siemens 840D or crankshaft processing experience is a plus. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
