About The Position

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3?5 years of experience operating CNC machines, with strong knowledge of blueprint reading and precision measurement tools. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• 3?5 years of CNC machining experience OR
• 1+ year of experience with CNC certification.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and GD&T principles.
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools (gauges, calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to make machine offsets and perform tool changes.
• CNC certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with different CNC controls (e.g., Fanuc, Haas).
• Basic understanding of machining materials and cutting speeds.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform machine offsets and tool changes as needed.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure product accuracy.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machining issues.
