Requirements

• 1–3 years of CNC machining experience
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
• Ability to perform in-process inspections and follow quality procedures
• Familiarity with tool offsets and G/M code preferred
• Strong attention to detail and safety focus
• Flexibility to work overtime as required

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy
• Verify part dimensions using precision measuring tools
• Make tool offset adjustments as needed
• Perform in-process inspections and quality checks
• Follow company procedures for tagging, inspection, and documentation
• Support lean manufacturing systems and continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation
