About The Position

Our expertise in Engineering Material Coatings (EMC) allows global leading chip manufacturers and OEM equipment makers to achieve next generation technologies. We are seeking a driven, hands-on Machine Operator to join our ever-growing company and team. We currently have 2 day shift positions with no shift differential and 1 graveyard position with a shift differential

Requirements

• Candidate will possess strong communication skills
• Have excellent work ethic; being open to working overtime if the need arises
• Can work in a fast-paced environment, and meet time deadlines
• Must be able to read and understand drawings and handle measuring equipment
• Must have knowledge of CNC milling/ lathe machines
• Basic computer skills such as e-mailing, opening, and printing documents and navigating windows/internet explorer.
• Attendance
• Ability to lift 35 pounds by self in safe manner
• Ability to use lifting assist

Responsibilities

• Set-up and run various CNC machine tools
• Ensure all parts produced meet specs of print using proper measurement tools
• Ability to work within very close tolerances
• Read and follow drawings & job work instructions
• Perform routine machine maintenance
• Load and indicate part to fixture
• Monitor tool wear, load tools and inserts as required
