We're seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operators-with experience in Press Brake and Laser equipment-to support our manufacturing operations by setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to produce high-quality parts. This role is essential for maintaining consistent production flow, ensuring part accuracy, and contributing to a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment. Your expertise will directly support inventory accuracy, quality standards, and on-time delivery. 1st Shift: Mon - Thurs, 10 hours shifts. 4 day work week!

Requirements

Experience as CNC operator-preferred
Experience using tools such as calipers, height gauges, tape measure & protractors
Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents, drawings & blueprints
Basic computer skills
Mechanical aptitude and good math skills
A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

Set-up and operate Press Brake to perform tasks such as bending & forming parts
Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines
Prepare a test run to check if the machines produce outputs according to specifications
Make adjustments to the machine to control speed, material feed and path of cut
Inspect and measure finished products to verify they meet the required specifications
Perform daily maintenance on machines
