About The Position

ACT is seeking a Machine/CNC Operator to follow quality requirements and safety procedures to machine componenets per drawing dimensional and tolerance specifications utilizing machining (CNC water jet, CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers and LPKF) availabile within the Machine Shop.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Previous mill machining experience desired
• Ability to read and understand drawings, procedures and bills of material
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, decimals and fractions
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail as well as the ability to multitask
• Good computer skills, including the ability to accurately enter, transact and retrieve simple data as well as the ability to learn to program with Mastercam
• This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of U.S. regulations as defined by ITAR.
