About The Position

Experienced CNC Machine Operator - $25.30 to $36.02/hr Hypertherm Associates is seeking Experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our 100% Associate-Owned business and produce high quality parts for plasma cutting systems. Location: Lebanon & Hanover, New Hampshire Why Hypertherm Associates? Competitive Compensation: Base Pay range is $23.00 – $31.33 / hour plus a 10% 2nd Shift, or 15% 3rd shift differential, with opportunity for growth and advancement. Pay is commensurate with experience. Your Role: As a CNC Machine Operator, you’ll be a part of a team dedicated to producing high-quality parts for plasma cutting systems. You’ll independently perform manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and packaging, following instructions to uphold our standards of excellence. You’ll also enhance machinery performance to prevent downtime and independently identify opportunities for the use of lean systems. Experience with CNC Lathes Experience with Fanuc or Cincom CNC controllers. Demonstrated knowledge of GD&T, Print Reading, and Tooling. Understanding of basic Lean principles. Comfort with technology and MS Office. Eagerness to learn and grow technically. Team player with a positive attitude. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Availability for 2nd or 3rd shift (Monday - Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm or Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 pm - 7:00 am) Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
