Lathe CNC Machinist Position Summary The Lathe CNC Machinist operates CNC machines to support the manufacture ofponents and devices for the medical device industry. Shifts Available: 4th Shift Friday - Sunday 5:00 am - 5:00 pm Sign-On Bonus Available: $1,000-$3,000 dependent on level of experience!

Requirements

• Operator experience with Lathe CNC machines
• Strong math background, preferable in machine math/shop math
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Ability to read and interpret blues
• Experience using a microscope
• Ability to read measurement equipment such as micrometer, caliper, pressure micrometer

Nice To Haves

• Machining experience with medicalponents, devices, or instruments
• Previous experience with tight tolerances
• Programming experience with Lathe CNC Machines
• Experience with set-up on Lathe CNC Machines
• Experience in troubleshooting of Lathe CNC Machines

Responsibilities

• Operate Lathe CNC machines
• Perform quality inspection onpleted parts
• Perform preventative maintenance on Lathe CNC machines to ensure consistent machine performance
• Complete tool changes
