About The Position

As a CNC Machinist, you aren’t just pushing buttons; you are crafting tight-tolerance components for the aerospace, defense, and space industries. You will:
Command High-End Tech: Set up and operate multi-spindle, multi-axis lathes with live tooling.
Own Your Cell: Manage up to two machines, performing your own in-process inspections to maintain AS9100 quality standards.
Collaborate: Work directly with Engineering to solve programming challenges and optimize production.

Requirements

• Proven track record setting up and operating multi-turret lathes
• Strong ability to read engineering drawings and a solid grasp of GD&T
• Expert use of hand-held gages and advanced measuring devices.
• A problem-solver who takes pride in "getting it right the first time."
