Provide efficient, courteous and attentive services to the residents and their guests under the direction of The Gardens Manager and Executive Director. Will be responsible for day to day operations, ensuring a safe environment and will assist with residents medication. Will work primarily with adults and geriatric residents. Job Summary: Directs the care of residents by supervising CNAs providing ADL care and by distributing medications to residents according to physician orders. Works with adult and/or geriatric residents. Works in typical assisted living setting with adult geriatric patients experiencing a wide range of assistance with activities of daily living. Required to work flexible schedule including weekends. Prolonged standing and walking required with ability to lift residents.
