This Lead role will be supervising Resident Service Coordinators located in the South Bay region (San Jose, Morgan Hill, Monterey and Greenfield). Position will be supervising staff working on special needs, multi-family and senior housing properties. Must have Bachelor’s degree in social service/healthcare/related field. Qualified candidates will have at least 5 years experience. PSH experience, fundraising and writing grants preferred. At least 1 year experience supervising staff, strongly preferred. Salary range: $72,072 - $98,280 per year; hiring range for new employees is generally $72,072 - $79,716 per year, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role. Examines the needs for on-site services and explores ways programs and services can be brought to the properties in assigned portfolio. Creates partnerships in local communities and oversees relationships and agreements with program partners in portfolio to bring robust and relevant programming to properties in assigned portfolio. Supervises Resident Services Coordinators in the assigned portfolio. Understands and supports EAH’s mission and core values. Resident Services Supervisor II – is responsible oversight of an increased number of direct reports, properties and programs within assigned territory or portfolio.
