About The Position

Virginia Home Care Services, Inc. is urgently hiring a Mandarin-speaking caregiver to provide compassionate, in-home care to clients in Northern Virginia. If you are a CNA, HHA, or PCA who is dedicated, reliable, and fluent in Mandarin, we would love to hear from you. Requirements

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia
Fluent in Mandarin (required)
Current TB/PPD and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation within Northern Virginia
Strong communication skills and a caring, positive attitude

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and professional care in clients’ homes
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation)
Communicate effectively with clients and families in Mandarin
Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions
Maintain a safe and clean home environment
