BrightStar Care is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and highly adaptable Care Support Specialist to join our team. This unique role combines hands‑on client care with essential office support responsibilities. Approximately 50% of the role is spent in the field providing direct care to clients in their homes, and the other 50% is spent in the office supporting our scheduling team and administrative operations. Training will be provided on all office systems and procedures to ensure success in both client care and administrative responsibilities. You will be trained on all priority one clients in the field. Must have drivers license, auto insurance, and comfortable traveling throughout the major metro area. Must commit to a 40 hour work week, Monday-Friday 8a-430p. Why Join BrightStar Care? Premium Short Shift Pay: We offer a variety of shift Lengths ranging from 1 hour to 12 hours. Our 1-hour shifts get paid at $30 per hour and hour 2-hour shifts get paid at $22.50 an hour.
