Requirements

Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong commitment to elderly care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation to client homes in Naples, FL

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality personal care and assistance to elderly clients in their homes
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a trusting relationship
Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
