Responsibilities
- Ensure all lab work (soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregate, etc.) is completed within test specific completion goals.
- Meet specific requests of engineers and other managers to meet clients’ needs
- Maintain general lab cleanliness/care
- Maintain a trust/positive relationship with the techs that you can help them be successful in providing appropriately timely results
- Build understanding of why and when certain tests are performed
- Assistance in how to track their equipment calibrations, and how to perform basic checks
