What You'll Do
As a CMM Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every part meets customer, blueprint, and AS9100 requirements.

Requirements

• Full-time availability: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Strong communication skills and team mindset
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and quality-driven

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CMM operation and blueprint reading preferred

Responsibilities

• Inspect and approve plated and processed parts (anodize, paint, chem film, and other finishes)
• Verify product conformance using a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings with confidence
• Complete inspection documentation in compliance with AS9100 standards
• Audit products and processes to maintain ongoing compliance
• Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to drive continuous improvement
