About The Position

The CMM Operator performs First Article inspection, Machine Datum inspection, and Fixture calibration. This role involves operating a CMM machine to create inspection programs, completing inspections using various hand tools, creating inspection reports using the AS9102 form, and providing dimensional analysis when necessary.

Requirements

• Experience operating Cmm machine
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Experience using hand tools (caliper, thickness gage etc)
• Experience with GD&T and ASME Y14.5
• Computer and math skills
• Ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills knowledge

Responsibilities

• Operate CMM machine to create inspection program.

• Provides dimensional analysis if needed
