About The Position

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for CMA/LPN for its Marshalltown office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients. Responsibilities include: greeting patients, completing room process (chief complaint, vitals, medication review), assisting providers with exams and procedures and educating patients on provider recommendations and instructions, collecting and running point of care tests, calling patients. $2.50 pay differential if you work Saturday and/or Sunday. If holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday ask for details. Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited program for Medical Assistants.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Certification or registration from an approved certifying organization for Medical Assistants (AAMA, ARMA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, NHA).
Possession of a State Licensed Practical Nurse license
Current Basic Life Support certification.
Mandatory Reporting of Dependent Adult and Child Abuse.
Experience in medical office setting.
One year of experience
