Position Summary: Position is responsible for new hire onboarding in classroom/on floor training, quality assessments and continued development of new employees. Position coordinates with department leadership to assist new employees through orientation process, implement on the floor training with new employees upon completion of department training classes/modules, assess new employee quality and development at regular intervals and provide continued feedback for ongoing training and performance improvement.
