Responsibilities

Oversee the services and deliverables for the Cluster, or group of responsibility within the Account/Client facility.
Day to day operations including hiring, training, and managing contract personnel.
Build, improve, and maintain relationships with the Client, develop and retain employees, and solve problems to effectively run the account.
Meet or exceed cost-saving/efficiency & operations goals while providing exceptional customer service.
Maintain or oversee maintenance of weekly operating schedules and completion of payroll for Contractor Personnel and provides after-hour emergency response as required.
