About The Position

This position is responsible for the overall appearance and maintenance of the property and clubhouses in keeping with sound engineering practices and procedures.

Requirements

At minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
Ability to work cooperatively with staff, management and guests
Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends and Holidays
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service to both external and internal guests by maintaining and exhibiting the We-Ko-Pa Way Service Standards: Smile and Greet, name, and Meet, Thank You, and Goodbye.
Sweep and mop restroom floors.
Vacuum all carpeted areas in the restaurant and bathrooms before guest arrival.
Clean walls and sanitize counters, sinks, and toilets in all guest-related areas.
Empty trash and clean cans as needed.
Keep all restrooms and guest areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
Clean and wipe down patio tables and benches.
Keep the delivery dock area clean and tidy.
Keep sanitation solutions at the proper levels at all times.
Assist in receiving and storage of food deliveries.
Assist with meetings, banquets, and special events.
Perform miscellaneous repairs as needed and assigned.
Light clubhouse landscaping & carpentry duties (painting, woodwork, masonry, minor electrical repairs).
Treat all company property with care and respect.
Travel to & from the hardware store as needed.
