A Clubhouse Landscape Maintenance job involves keeping the club's grounds, especially around the main building, beautiful and functional by mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and clearing debris, using various tools and equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) while also managing irrigation, applying treatments, and ensuring safety and high aesthetic standards.

Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Frequent bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking.
• Attention to Detail: Maintaining manicured, aesthetically pleasing grounds.
• Safety Awareness: Following all company safety policies.
• Equipment Proficiency: Operating various landscaping tools and machinery.
• Problem-Solving: Identifying landscape or irrigation issues and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lawn & Bed Care: Mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, aerating, fertilizing, and applying treatments to turf and garden beds.
• Plant & Tree Management: Planting, transplanting, pruning, and shaping trees, shrubs, and seasonal flowers.
• Debris & Waste Removal: Raking, blowing leaves, collecting litter, emptying trash receptacles, and general cleanup.
• Equipment Operation: Safely using hand tools (shovels, shears, rakes) and powered equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, sprayers).
• Irrigation Management: Monitoring, adjusting, and sometimes repairing sprinkler systems and drip lines.
• Pest & Weed Control: Applying pesticides and herbicides following safety guidelines.
• Seasonal Tasks: Preparing landscapes and planting seasonal flowers.
