About The Position

Overview Oversees the check in of all Residents and their Guests at the Village at Entrada Clubhouse The Club Attendant also provides exemplary service in a manner consistent with the values and mission of the Castle Group. He or she performs all responsibilities while demonstrating outstanding customer service skills representative of Castle Royal Service as it relates to this function. This includes working interdepartmentally, as well as, with our external customers.

Requirements

  • Entry level position
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One (1) to two (2) years of front desk or club house attendant experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills required.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • English is required.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.
  • Handle, grasp and lift objects and packages.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • Communicate, receive and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.
  • Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property/building as required to meet the job functions.
  • Complete all required forms.

Nice To Haves

  • One (1) to two (2) years of front desk or club house attendant experience preferred.
  • Multiple language fluency is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Greets Residents and their Guests as they arrive at the Clubhouse.
  • Checks in Residents and their Guests and ensuring that all individuals are in possession of an Association Wristband
  • Provide Wristbands to any Residents or Guests who have not yet received them
  • Properly record new wristband numbers and report to Management
