About The Position

If you enjoy keeping your space tidy and clean, then we want you to work with our terrific team serving a community in Clermont. We are currently looking for a part-time Clubhouse Attendant for the community clubhouse, gym, and bathroom areas. This position is part-time. Schedule: Friday and Saturday: 9:30am-5:30pm

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays
• Proficent with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to maintain logs and records
• Consistent professional appearance and pleasant demeanor
• Ability to stand, sit, walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents and guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Enforcing community rules
• Keep the common areas and bathrooms clean (including mopping, dusting, and removing trash)
• Assist homeowners with questions about the association
• Opening and closing the clubhouse
• Report any damages or incidents to the Community Manager
• Assist in community events
• Other duties as assigned
