Club Membership Coordinator Overview: The Membership Coordinator will handle administrative duties, planning and support tasks as required by the Membership department.

Requirements

  • Proven previous experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator is required
  • Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • High energy and outgoing personality
  • Must be able to work flexible shifts, to include holidays and weekends
  • Computer knowledge required. Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2 - 3 years of office experience required
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Team player able to foster relationships with Members, Associates, and other community leaders

Nice To Haves

  • CRM experience is a plus
  • Sales background preferred
  • A 4-year degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining membership files according to policies and standards set by the company.
  • Initiate requests for membership resignations and changes on a membership.
  • In the absence of the Director of Membership, meet with prospects, obtain information, answer questions, and give club tour.
  • Serve as concierge to the members to assist in bookings throughout the property and Omni Hotels & Resort portfolio.
  • Create and distribute correspondence to include but not limited to member related services to members and team. Ensures that all correspondence is 100% accurate.
  • Assist in development and execution of membership events.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality within the scope of the membership base.
  • Assist with Special Events & Projects as needed (may work outside regularly scheduled shifts).
  • Attend meetings as instructed and may complete Meeting Minutes.
  • Will use Microsoft Office, ClubEssentials, Resort Suite, Birchstreet, Concur
