About The Position

We are looking for a friendly, positive, service-oriented, highly energetic, and self-motivated Club Lounge Bartender to join our team. The lounge hours of operation are from 630am to 9 pm, with beverage service needed during PM shifts, with weekend and holiday availability required. This position's primary function is to provide quality products and service to customers in a friendly and professional manner while adhering to the standards set by Hilton Brand Hotels. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks, exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. To be successful in this role, you should have customer service skills and experience with food and beverage. The Club at Hilton offers an elevated, thoughtfully designed space that enhances every stay with comfort, connection, and warm Hilton hospitality. Blending modern design, curated amenities, and an inviting atmosphere, The Club at Hilton provides guests with a refined place to gather, focus, or recharge throughout the day. We are currently looking to fill two part-time openings.

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
  • Computer literacy
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean

Nice To Haves

  • Bartending: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcoholic beverages for Club Lounge patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Present and answer questions about the club menu
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm they meet the legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies, completing required sidework
  • Stay guest-focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations, particularly regarding food safety and sanitation
