Job Overview: The Club Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the hotel's exclusive club lounge. This role involves a variety of duties, including food and beverage service, guest assistance, and maintaining the overall ambiance of the lounge.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Food Handler's Certification (if required by local regulations).

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Anticipate and address guest needs, offering personalized service.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards.
Stock and maintain the lounge with appropriate supplies.
Ensure proper food presentation and temperature control.
Clean and sanitize work areas regularly.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge.
Restock supplies as needed.
Monitor the lounge environment, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
Address any maintenance issues promptly.
Complete daily checklists and reports.
Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
Assist with inventory control and ordering.
