Job Overview: The Club Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in the hotel's exclusive club lounge. This role involves a variety of duties, including food and beverage service, guest assistance, and maintaining the overall ambiance of the lounge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Food Handler's Certification (if required by local regulations).

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
  • Anticipate and address guest needs, offering personalized service.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations.
  • Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards.
  • Stock and maintain the lounge with appropriate supplies.
  • Ensure proper food presentation and temperature control.
  • Clean and sanitize work areas regularly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lounge.
  • Restock supplies as needed.
  • Monitor the lounge environment, ensuring a comfortable and inviting atmosphere.
  • Address any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Complete daily checklists and reports.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory control and ordering.
