Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort

Responsibilities

Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner

Set up and maintain the club lounge area, ensuring a pristine and inviting atmosphere
Prepare and serve complimentary food and beverages
Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and entertainment
Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience
