Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification is a plus
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Provide personalized service and cater to guests' needs
  • Set up and maintain the club lounge area, ensuring a pristine and inviting atmosphere
  • Prepare and serve complimentary food and beverages
  • Offer recommendations on local attractions, dining options, and entertainment
  • Assist with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to create a seamless and exceptional guest experience
