Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license & car insurance
- Pass background & driving checks
- Complete paid training before starting
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support in the home & community
- Help with daily living (meals, chores, hygiene prompts)
- Encourage independence through fun, skill-building activities
- Be a positive, reliable presence in someone’s life
