Requirements

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
Understanding of Zero Trust principles, ICAM, and enclave-level data security.
Familiarity with secure VDI deployment (AVD, Citrix).

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in cybersecurity, cloud engineering, or systems engineering.
Experience supporting ATO/ICD 503 compliance in a classified environment.
Familiarity with Azure Government or C2S enclaves.
Experience in hybrid or multi-cloud orchestration at scale.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage IaaS/PaaS solutions across AWS GovCloud and Azure environments.
Integrate cloud environments with ODNI’s Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) and Identity & Access Management (ICAM) policies.
Design, provision, and manage secure AWS GovCloud/C2S environments including VPCs, EC2, IAM, S3, and encrypted networking aligned with ODNI Zero Trust and ICAM policies.
Support provisioning of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) instances and secure VDI environments.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and DevOps teams to implement compliant baselines and secure cloud automation.
Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and auditability in a classified setting.
Implement Infrastructure ‑ as ‑ Code and continuous compliance using CloudFormation/Terraform, CloudWatch/CloudTrail, and AWS Config/Security Hub to support automated, audit-ready cloud operations.
