About The Position
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Cloud Systems Administrator to support a long term intelligence program in Springfield, VA. This position will support AWS cloud instances, and is fully on site work. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience
- Experience supporting AWS including EC2 instances, S3 buckets
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Elasticsearch, Kibana, and CloudWatch
- Experience with Kubernetes/EKS or ECS
- Experience with CloudFormation
Responsibilities
- Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of AWS systems
- Resolve hardware and software problems involving apps, OS, communications, etc.
- Monitor performance and report on system health using various dashboarding tools
- Install operating system and application software
- Troubleshoot and configure system enhancements to improve reliability and performance
