Zachary Piper Solutions is presently in search of a Cloud Support Engineer to meticulously document and address system concerns within a dynamic cloud environment. This position is onsite in Reston, VA. Role Summary: Timely resolution of incoming incident tickets. Utilization of custom tools for the effective resolution of system issues. Detection and adept rectification of system glitches. Thorough logging and documentation of incident resolutions.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI FS Poly clearance is a requirement.
- Openness to acquire proficiency in system tools such as Netmom and Windbg.
