We are looking for a Cloud Partner Success Team Manager to join our mission of protecting the digital world. As the Cloud Partner Success Team Manager, you will be leading a team of up to 20 Sales Representatives. This position is focused on supporting Partner Management function with daily tasks related to team management. Please submit your application and resume in English.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken)
  • Successful 2+ years of management experience in same/similar role
  • Experience of working as a sales representative
  • Proven leadership skills, coaching and mentoring experience
  • Proven analytical skills: ability to analyze sales numbers to find opportunities for additional revenue generation, better resource management, ideas for demand generation
  • Resistance to stress, flexibility, ability to drive several projects at the same time
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at higher levels of the organization

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales pipelines and accounts in a proactive manner to ensure attainment of the individual and group contributions to the established goals.
  • Provides forecast and ensure individual contributors drive partner’s engagement and satisfaction throughout the entire partner lifecycle
  • Participate in 1 to 1 training, and coaching of new hires and low performing employees
  • Participate in regular business review meetings or forecast calls
  • Be responsible for the Overall Performance of selected team members with respect to the goals/KPIs for those individuals, included but not limited t0 Backing up Customer’s or SPs’ own data Consuming services on or above their monthly commitment Protecting workloads, adding new ones Passing certifications Partners logging into the Management Console, Partner Portal, Academy
  • Sales representatives KPIs: number of calls, emails, sales activities, training and demo sessions, Salesforce hygiene
  • Drive and coordinate with Channel management, Marketing team joint activities with partners to develop pipeline and revenue
  • Make a territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners.
  • Activate and enable new partners with Acronis sales and marketing tools and programs
  • Engage Acronis Technical support, RnD, other teams
  • Key KPIs: Partner Consumption, ARR, Protected workloads
