We’re searching for an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Cloud Services team in a remote work setting. Requirements

3+ years of technical support experience in a Windows domain environment, including troubleshooting simple to complex software/hardware issues.
This role operates as a 4x10 from Thursday - Sunday, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM CT
Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
Working knowledge of scripting for administrative tasks (VB Script, PowerShell, or Command Line batch files), additional Microsoft products, including SQL Server Management Studio
Working knowledge of TCP/IP and network troubleshooting
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Excellent written communication skills
Associate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent

Responsibilities

Liaise with Development, Support, and Implementation to provide the best possible experience to our clients.
Create documentation for policies and procedures used in the department for software installations, server configurations, or troubleshooting.
Work closely with other Cloud Services groups to resolve issues or help with configuration changes/testing.
Work in SQL, performing activities like database backups, restores, and running scripts.
Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate manager or the management team
