In this role, you will be instrumental in driving healthcare transformation through innovative cloud software solutions. Requirements

• Anticipated Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferred majors: Information Systems, Technology, Business (general)
• Expected Graduation May 2027
• Motivated emerging professional with a passion for improving healthcare through technology improvement projects.
• Collaborative teammate who can identify opportunities for improvement and carve out the path to solutions.
• Prioritizes personal and professional development and is always ready to stretch their abilities to the next level.
• Focused on client success through developing trusting relationships and always choosing to do the right thing.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time
• Available for 10-week Summer 2026 internship (June through August)

Responsibilities

• Support team members in ERP implementation activities, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
• Participate in discovery sessions to observe and understand client business processes.
• Assist with data-related tasks such as mapping, cleansing, and validation under guidance.
• Help prepare training materials and documentation for system users.
• Shadow consultants during client meetings and project planning sessions.
• Learn ERP system functionality (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and industry best practices.
• Contribute to internal initiatives and team collaboration efforts.
