About The Position

The contractor will lead and manage the functional aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and support, focusing on financial and project management modules. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP/Oracle EBS, including a minimum of 2 full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
  • 5+ years of broad business experience with strong interpersonal communication skills and a thorough understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle project development experience, including Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, and Roll-out.
  • 5+ years of knowledge in Enterprise Structures, module-specific configurations, requirement analysis, and delivering functional design documents.
  • 5+ years of experience leading and designing Cloud ERP project solutions, managing all aspects of Oracle Fusion and financial applications.
  • 5+ years of experience across multiple business processes with the ability to architect and design technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all functional aspects of Oracle Cloud modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Project Portfolio Management.
  • Analyze, design, and configure technology solutions aligned with business needs and best practices.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and design robust, future-ready solutions.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of current state processes and provide future state recommendations.
  • Execute day-to-day activities including process design, leading configuration workshops, identifying gaps, and supporting testing.
  • Participate in requirements gathering and align business requirements with functional solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and development of internal processes and intellectual property.
  • Define new business processes and refine existing ones.
  • Participate in project planning, providing subject matter expertise, and estimating work efforts.
