About The Position

You help Intelliforce keep mission platforms stable and compliant. You will automate infrastructure, strengthen reliability, and keep modern microservices running where failure is not an option.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (required).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Master’s degree plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• Or bachelor’s degree plus 6 years of relevant experience.
• Or high school diploma plus 10 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on automation and infrastructure as code using Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• RHEL patching, hardening, and compliance sustainment experience.
• Kubernetes operations and performance tuning.
• Docker Compose experience.
• NiFi install, configuration, and support experience.
• GitLab CI pipeline ownership, including GitLab runners.
• Argo CD deployment operations.
• AWS administration experience.
• Strong collaboration and clear communication in a team delivery environment.

Nice To Haves

• Build and operate AWS services with Terraform, including EC2, Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, Athena, Step Functions, Event Router, and autoscaling.
• Strong AWS networking knowledge, including VPCs, NATs, and Internet Gateway.
• Design and manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments.
• Partner with developers to improve performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and protect uptime.
• Kubernetes experience with EKS, ECS, or Fargate.

Responsibilities

• Build infrastructure as code and scripts to automate provisioning, managed services, and internal tooling.
• Apply RHEL updates, implement hardening steps, and maintain compliance over time.
• Install, configure, and tune Kubernetes, Docker Compose, NiFi, and cloud-native logging and metrics tools.
• Own CI/CD workflows for build, test, and deployment using GitLab runners and Argo CD.
• Operate and support AWS environments powering mission services.
• Coordinate with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve uptime.
