For Global Cloud Operations at Charles River Development (CRD), this initiative is designed to accelerate our journey toward transformation and operational excellence by fostering a collaborative, two-way learning environment. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. Requirements

  • Experience with AI solutions that augment tasks that require greater efficiencies
  • Experience with one or more structured programming languages (SQL preferred)
  • Understanding of basic system administration concepts: configuration, resource sharing, OS fundamentals
  • Relevant technical/functional coursework, academic projects, or extracurricular activities
  • Understanding Technology Life Cycle and System Development Life Cycle
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including process analysis
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting client expectations
  • Customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a team environment
  • Planning to graduate in 2027

Responsibilities

  • Project management and organization of tasks for both you and other teams
  • Participating in governance and audit activities relating to our technical processes and procedures
  • Automation, Documentation, Diagrams and Reporting
  • Using approved AI tools to enhance productivity for all work efforts
  • Responding to internal and external client requests for technical assistance
  • Diagnosing software issues and recommending appropriate solutions
  • Analyzing problems, answering product-related questions, and providing user guidance
  • Identifying, testing, and documenting workarounds for software bugs or functional gaps
  • Contributing to continued improvements of support processes and tools
  • Logging customer interactions and preparing resolution summaries
