About The Position

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive cloud partner engagement and accelerate growth through strategic alliances. The Cloud Alliance Specialist will focus on building strong relationships with AWS field teams, executing co-sell and marketing campaigns, and generating incremental revenue through partner programs. You will collaborate closely with internal Sales and Marketing teams to identify joint opportunities, guide campaigns from concept to execution, and ensure alignment with broader business goals. This position is ideal for someone with experience in partner management, channel sales, or cloud go-to-market initiatives who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and remote-first environment. You will have the chance to deepen expertise in cloud ecosystems, influence key stakeholders, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or cloud go-to-market roles, ideally with AWS or similar cloud providers
  • Familiarity with AWS Marketplace, cloud procurement, and co-sell motions
  • Strong relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously
  • Data-driven mindset, capable of connecting activities to measurable revenue impact
  • Growth-oriented, proactive, and eager to deepen understanding of cloud partnerships
  • Technical proficiency with cloud ecosystems, marketplaces, and relevant collaboration tools

Nice To Haves

  • Based on the West Coast (Seattle, WA or Bay Area, CA)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or familiarity with IP Co-Sell eligibility
  • Exposure to AWS programs such as ISV Accelerate, Competencies, or co-build initiatives
  • Prior experience supporting co-marketing or joint GTM campaigns with cloud providers

Responsibilities

  • Execute and scale cloud go-to-market strategies, driving incremental ARR through marketplace and co-sell engagements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with AWS field teams (AEs, PSMs, SAs) to expand engagement and awareness across priority accounts
  • Develop and execute joint co-sell campaigns, including trial-to-paid conversions, expansion campaigns, and priority account penetration
  • Conduct enablement sessions to expand partner teams’ understanding of product value propositions
  • Collaborate with Marketing to deliver co-branded campaigns and GTM activities aligned with strategic accounts and target markets
  • Track, analyze, and report key partnership metrics, including influenced pipeline, sourced opportunities, attach rate, and field activity
  • Partner internally with Sales and Partner Leadership to continuously improve engagement and streamline co-sell processes
