Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience managing alliances, partnerships, or joint ventures.
• Experience leading cross-functional or matrix teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Commercial planning experience, including forecasting and KPI monitoring.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced degree such as MBA or relevant master’s degree.
• Experience in alliance governance, contract management, or business development.
• Familiarity with supply chain, regulatory, medical governance, or market access processes.
• Experience working with multinational teams and global stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.
• Knowledge of the Philippines healthcare market.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end relationship with alliance partners and drive joint plans and priorities.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on milestones, budgets, and agreed key performance indicators.
• Establish and run governance forums, prepare clear reports, and manage risk escalation.
• Work with partners on commercial and operational planning, including forecasting and performance reviews.
• Ensure contracts and partner activities follow compliance and internal policy requirements.
• Capture and share lessons learned to improve how alliances work across the organisation.
