The Closing Coordinator is responsible for preparing and reviewing pre-closing and closing documentation for all loan types, including Conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA, as well as state-specific bond programs. Enter pertinent loan application details in the loan origination system and maintain the integrity of the data input, including revisions as necessary. The Closing Coordinator may complete multiple documentation checklists and review loan files before closing to be sure all documentation is obtained.
